"This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great."

"100% garbage hotel. Ordered delux suit. About 180 euro a night. No towels, handsoap, shampoo, balsam, nothing when we arrived. Stayed for 48 hours and left. Food was not bad, but the rest was a disaster. I would give the hotel 3 stars, and I would not have been mad if I would pay 50 Euros a night. "

"Worse place to stay ever. Since the moment you walk in it stinks like a public bathroom. The lobby is outdated. Please do Not trust the enhanced pictures shown there! It looks like if you are back in the 60s. The beds are super uncomfortable at a level like if you are sleeping on a piece of brick with a sheet on it. The AC is totally useless.
