"Staff were very nice and polite, really accommodating. Our room was clean, light switches were a bit confusing in the rooms and sometimes didnt work but overall was a nice place to stay. Staff really accommodate for the kids, even brought out a small mattress when our toddler fell asleep at the restaurant giving my wife and I the opportunity to eat without holding him, they just did that without request. "

The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. We loved spending our days poolside and taking peaceful walks around the property. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options, and the restaurants offered delicious food and great service throughout our stay. "Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "

"Amazing staff, grounds, buffets, and villas. Our trip and experience had some bumps in the beginning, as the parts of the property and rooms are under construction (due to be completed in October 2026). The staff went above and beyond to make it right, and blew us away with their Fijian hospitality that knows no equal. Our stay was magical a filled with memories we will carry with us forever."
