Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well. We had a lovely time at FonteLiving. My 85 year old mother was very impressed and happy with the super clean room, kitchen and bathroom facilities provided. The view from our spacious balcony was stunning and gave us the perfect reason to stay as much as possible at the property. We enjoyed sipping the Tuscan wine from our balcony. This was our absolute best stay in the three weeks we were in Europe! The staff was amazing, the food outstanding and the location — I can’t even begin to describe. If I could give it a higher rating I would!

A beautiful hotel, amazing pool (the top one) for lazying about for a day. Restaurant was only ok, same for the food by the pool.

Nicolas and all other staff members were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome the moment we set foot on the property. The whole time we were able to talk to them via Whatsapp and they always kept us informed!

Absolutely Stunning! The grounds and rooms are first class! The staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects during the stay. Peaceful and serene is an understatement. Food and breakfast at the resort is top notch. Other dining options near the resort are amazing. Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe are great stops. Close enough to Tuscany day trips. Will definitely stay again and share with friends looking for a relaxing first class stay and amenities.

It was a beautiful experience in a lovely part of the countryside. The natural volcanic spring was amazing! The only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with the day shift host. We were asking about the different ways to get to the natural spring falls and he was acting like we were wasting his time. A complete 180 from the woman who helped us on the evening, Francesca. She was lovely.

We were so comfortable and impressed with L'Olmo. Communication prior to our trip was perfect. We got there and the grounds were immaculate, the room was stunning, and the location was extremely convenient. The staff was very helpful. We loved staying here and can recommend it whole heartedly.

A beautiful and relaxing stay. The breakfast, the thermal baths, all wonderful. The staff is warm and welcoming. The area has some small restaurants (highly recommend Leone only) and a bodega close by. You will love the views!

We loved the farm stay and the dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not included and no massage available but it was a Sunday afternoon

We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem!
