"My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking...

"I booked this hotel as a birthday treat for my son and his girlfriend, and they had an amazing time. The service was outstanding – they were made to feel so welcome from the moment they arrived. It really made the occasion feel extra special, and I just wanted to say thank you to the team for looking after them so well. I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, food was cooked to perfection. "
