"Drove in to the arch Was met bye Josh at the door , amazing lad took my car also our bags checked us in our luggage was took to rooms as we had to go straight away and walk up to the stadium to watch Newcastle ! Hotel is amazing would recommend it to everyone and it’s definitely 5 stars "

Seaham Lighthouse in county Durham always gives a great show when the waves are crashing so I knew that I would have a chance to get something dramatic. Using a long lens from a distance helps to compress the waves and lighthouse making it even more dramatic but shooting at such a distance has its draw back due to all the moisture in the air which reduces the sharpness on the image. Not to mention the strength of the wind as it tried to thwart my attempts! Still, this location was defiantly the best of the day.
