"We enjoyed the location and ease of travel to the activities and park locations. There wasn't a kitchenette as listed and not even a counter for the microwave but the fridge worked well. I don't think the bathroom fan worked at all though. There was no room service or breakfast and "social distancing " was the excuse, lame and outdated. The bed was comfortable and TV worked well and lots of hot water and ac. Overall an ok value but not what I'd consider a vacation spot."

Ice maker doesnt work, burner on stove doesnt work, musty smell, furniture so low cant get out of. No regulation of air or heat. Giant step to get in and out. Should have a step there. Worst place we have stayed in everglades."
