"I picked Sapaxa as I wanted to experience Sapa much closer to nature. There are only 8 cottages so it is such an itimate vibe. Mua really helped with everything that you need and really my made my stay so much better. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep on! "I arrived just past midnight for check in and the staff were so friendly and on hand to help with any questions I had! Breakfast selection is pretty wide but the reminder every 5 minutes that breakfast is ending at 10am whilst eating was a bit annoying. Pool facilities are great but mostly filled with backpackers with day passes, I think there needs to be more exclusive parts for hotel guests because it did feel like a hostel at the pool area. They provide shuttles into town and also will drop you to the Fanispan ticket booth which is lovely. Definitely the best place to stay when in Sapa."

"It’s my 2nd time stating here and both experiences have been amazing! I have stayed in a deluxe room and a suite and they’ve been clean, beautiful with great balcony views overlooking the town. The spa was great and the restaurant was amazing! The Sa Pa fried rice and Pho were delicious. Staff has always been polite and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel"
