"Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated...

"+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. Lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff, especially Sameera, were absolutely excellent- they couldn’t do enough for us. "Do not recommend this place at all. There was nobody at the reception. Gave us the wrong room. Then we asked for the room that we paid for. They charged exrtra for that. We didn't receive any bed sheets. The best part is I wanted to go the toilet at 4.00 am and found out no water in the toilet and I had to call the manager lady early in the morning but no answer. Terribel place. Avoid this place at all cost. "
