Every member of staff are courteous and friendly - more than happy to help. Food & drinks are pricey but the Breakfast on the terrace in the morning - what a treat looking over the ocean across the beach. Room was great and we had a welcome bottle of wine on arrival. After a busy day shoulder-to-shoulder with the crowds in Venice, it is so lovely to escape from Saint Mark's square on their private shuttle for the 15 minute ride to the Lido and sanctuary. Couldn't recommend the Hotel highly enough. Truly legendary."
