"The breakfast was a disaster. Food was on buffet and it was dirty and eggs had other food in it. No one who worked there was available to watch it, refill the buffet or clean it. There are 450 rooms in this hotel and one small hot tub and swimming pool. There were people lined up for hot tub and kids waiting to enter the pool because it was over crowded and cramped. "

"Nice place to stay in Branson. Great breakfast buffet. Would be nice if they had coffee and hot water available throughout the day. Also, please add hooks or a towel bar in the bathrooms to hang a hand towel. I’m amazed at the number of hotels that do not have a place to hang one. It’s such a simple and easy thing. And there’s always plenty of wall space. "

"They claim to be pet friendly, but there is a $20 fee in addition to the Hotels.com price. There is also a $2 hotel service fee that they don't tell us about. Breakfast was terrible the first morning. We did not try it again. We were at the end of the building. It took about 5-7 minutes to get hot water to the shower. Only discovered the extra charges when I looked at my credit card bill. When I called about the extra charges they refused to make an adjustment."

The AC seemed clean, which I really appreciated—I often sneeze or cough when AC systems kick on in other hotels, but that wasn’t an issue here. However, the mattress had visible stains that looked like they were covered with something underneath the bedsheet, which was a bit concerning. Also, the bedsheets didn’t stay in place and kept coming off during the night. The bathroom didn’t have a fan—only a light of some sort, though I’m not sure what its purpose was. The pool and hot tub were perfect and definitely a highlight of the stay. The sauna worked, but it took a while to heat up since it’s turned off by default. There were no instructions, temperature display, or labeled controls, so we had to guess how to use it. Breakfast was pretty basic, but the eggs tasted fresh. The staff was fine—no issues there. Tips for future guests: If you plan to use the sauna, allow extra time for it to heat up and be prepared to figure out the controls. Check the bed when you arrive to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. Don’t expect a full breakfast—it's simple but decent."
