"I adored my stay at TRIBE. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, for sure. Right from check in, the staff were super helpful and friendly, recommending restaurants and giving lots of information and maps regarding places to go and things to see. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The curtains were also truly "blackout" - something often advertised, but is rarely true! I have to commend the sound-proofing as well; I barely heard a peep the entire time I was there. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable - granting me with perhaps the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. And then there's the location! Just a short stroll from the train station (with direct connections to/from the airport) and the Old Town - it truly could not be better placed. I can't praise TRIBE more strongly - it's a fantastic hotel that I think would struggle to be beaten by any others in Krakow."

"The rooms was quirky because of all the red brick. Used to be apartments before it was made into what it is now. There was no lunch or dinner service in the “à la carte” restaurant and hasn’t been for more than two years. There was that amount of dust in the breakfast room on the floor and other surfaces and the fire extinguisher which was rather worrying as it told me it’s probably out of date. The floors never get mopped or even hoovered. So wear something on your feet in your room at all times or you’ll have black feet. Floors in the corridor looked clean though. The water has a funky smell,like drains. The showerhead stank,not that you could shower with it unless you hand held it sat on the seat of the bath. Black stuff came out of the jets of the bath. At nighttime the pipework would gurgle as if blocked and backed up. Again a worry about other fire extinguishers on another level and the filters need changed in the aircon as it left a not too nice a smell in the room when it was on. The double bed has two single duvets. The maid tidied the bed but never changed anything and would wash up your coffee cup from that morning and changed the towels which are not that soft but serviced by an outside company,so not the hotels fault. The stay was lovely in the region and the hotel is perfectly positioned for the old town square. Breakfast is rather limited unless you like eggs done about 4 different ways,but not boiled and the fresh orange is amazing. Most staff 100%"

"Breakfast was poor in so many ways, ground floor toilets was dirty as someone had toileted on the seat and also others were dirty. Twin beds were too close together On the positive it was a good location for the market square and castle, reception were really helpful from check in to,check out and in between, they were all friendly and professional and treated us like individuals rather than just another guest."

"I stayed at the AC Marriott three nights ago and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. My room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and with a fresh new-style interior that made the stay even more enjoyable. We also used the underground parking, which was very convenient, secure, and well organised. Overall, everything was great and I would happily stay there again."

"Couldn't check in they sent us to another property. They didn't cover the taxi drive which dropped us off 2 blocks away. As 70 year olds not an easy trek to lug suitcases across cobblestone streets and steps. Also the hotel they sent us to, hotel experion, had much nicer staff but they tried to put us in a room that was not what we booked thru hotel.com. They gave us another room that was noisy and then had no water because of a flood in another floor. It was very exhausting and inconvenient!"

"The location of the hotel is fantastic. However it was difficult to sleep in the room because the air conditioning does not work well. The system was not broken, it was just ineffective. "

"I was really impressed by this hotel. The location for us was extremely convenient. It was only a fifteen minute walk into the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the communal areas were superb. The breakfast was mainly waiter service and the choice of food was delicious. The coffee and hot chocolate equally as delicious. The staff were friendly and polite. "
