They could have called the clients to inform them so there was time to find a hotel we luckily got the last round in the fourth hotel week when we talked to other hotels, they said oh yeah, they hadn't had a water heater in 3 months.. That is, inexcusable, they couldn't call clients, and they shouldn't be listening that they have rooms available."

"This motel exceeded my expectations. The room I stayed in during Mule Days 206) was right up the steps on the corner. There was very little foot traffic in front of my door and I left the door open some because the weather was nice. The room was clean, if a little worn and dated, and the towels were replaced daily. It was convenient to everything I wanted to do in Columbia, TN, downtown, food and festival. I planned ahead and brought my own coffee maker and coffee plus my favorite pillow which was good since there was not a coffee pot in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets appeared clean, so sleep was good! Breakfast was cereal with toast or bagel, so I went elsewhere. One night when I needed plastic wear to eat my takeout the desk clerk got out what I needed. To have booked my stay on the day of the beginning of a festival weekend, it turned out very well."
