Nice small hotel 10 min away from City Hall

Convenient location, easy to come with a car. The street the hotel located on is busy and a bit noisy, but the rest of the area is quiet and nice, with couple of parks nearby (Salvatorberg, Stadtpark). Room prices are decent, double room is not big, but spacious enough, equipped with AC, TV, a desk and a fridge. Room cleaning service every day. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Helpful and friendly personnel. As hotel is not big, so it is not crowded and not noisy. Areas to improve: elevator is a bit too slow. Very positive overall impression, good for short as well as for longer stays.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer guten Lage. Zwei Kleinigkeiten haben mich dennoch gestört: - Bei dem ersten Zimmer, dass mir zugewiesen wurde funktionierte das Licht nicht, es wurde mir jedoch vom Empfang sofort ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, was voll in Ordnung war. - im Frühstücksraum lief an der Wand immer ein Fernseher mit Popmusik Videos auf lautlos. Das ist etwas ablenkend. Aus meiner Sicht wäre es schöner, wenigstens während des Frühstücks diesen auszuschalten, da dies eine Art Aufmerksamkeits Räuber darstellt.

Erstmals in diesem Hotel in Aachen, im Douglas Adams Gedenkzimmer. Das Einzelzimmer war recht klein aber brauchbar, das Bad recht neu.

Die Zimmer und auch das Bad sind relativ klein, aber ausreichend. Da das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt, ist es etwas laut, dafür aber zentral gelegen. Wir haben die eher weichen Matratzen als sehr angenehm empfunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft war sehr gut und ist zu empfehlen!

Im Prinzip waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir brauchten ein Hotel in der Nähe der Wohnung unseres Sohnes, da wir beim Umzug geholfen haben. Und die Wahl fiel auf dieses Weil ein Park direkt vorm Hotel beginnt, was mit Hund praktisch ist. Der Check in und auch der Check out lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Das waren die positiven Punkte. Als negativ empfanden wir die Größe der Zimmer, gerade mit Hund, das war echt grenzwertig. Man konnte sich nirgends richtig bewegen. Auch der Schreibtisch konnte nicht genutzt werden, da dort der Fernseher stand. Vermutlich weil es ein Hundezimmer war, waren die Tapeten und der Teppich nicht mehr im besten Zustand, aber grundsätzlich war alles sauber, was ja das wichtigste ist. Die Klimaanlage ist ein Albtraum, wenn sie länger als 30 Minuten an ist, wird das Zimmer zum Gefrierschrank und mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist aufgrund der Straße auch nicht möglich, so bleibt einem nur übrig, wenn man nassgeschwitzt wach wird, kurz die Klimaanlage anzumachen um dann eventuell weiterschlafen zu können. Ich würde dieses Hotel so nicht mehr buchen, da für mich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit 100 € pro Nacht ohne Frühstück absolut nicht passt, da habe ich schon in deutlich besseren Hotels geschlafen. Aber trotzdem war es für unsere Situation die vermutlich beste Lösung
