"The hotel room was very comfortable and had all the amenities and facilities we could need. We did experience a few issues, there was a lot of mould in the shower for which the hotel sent a technician to scrub and bleach it out the very next day, then sometimes the housekeeping would forget to replace one or other towel or then the complimentary water bottles. However, each time I raised a request to resolve something the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. I was very glad. Its a very nice, clean hotel with delicious catering for breakfast and dinner, situated right next to a shopping centre which was essential. I would highly highly recommend this hotel for any stay in and immediately around Zurich. Special shout out to Eugene, Joel and Yeliz. Thank you very much indeed for making the stay comfortable, pleasant and well looked after"

"The location is fab. The views are worth the walk up the hill. The view will take your breath away. The views from the bedroom were beautiful, clean, comfortable and worth the money. The room was large, and comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Highly recommend a stay here. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with requests/info about the train back to Zurich. When we stayed the train from ZHB was not in service, however the walk to Selnau station was convenient. The walk from Uetliberg was beautiful and part of the experience."

"Lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff on the outskirts of Basel. We stayed here as it was next to the waterpark which we used and if you book through reception you do get a discount on your booking. The Basel Card is a amazing if you plan to visit the centre of Basel with regular trains and trams to the city centre from Prattln, although the station is 10 minutes walk away. I believe it would help greatly if there were menu's to both the restaurant and bar. We didn't use either as we didn't know what was in offer. Please be aware they do charge your card when checking in, which is refunded at the end of your trip....however this should also be made clearer when the initial booking is made. Switzerland is expensive and this messed up budgeting I had in mind."

"Clean room. Good service. Liked the hand sanitiser dispenser in stairwells. Room was very quiet even with a busy road. AC was fantastic. Didn't have breakfast."

"Good location and price for the time we went, breakfast was nice and they make your morning drinks for you and it’s nice. Only thing is starts to feel a bit repetitive so last day we got brunch. Has no AC so was quite hot at night but given fans. Hotel is clean esp the bathroom. Coop right outside which helps, tram station right outside and 20 mins into centre of Zurich. Waterfountain also right outside didn’t need to pay for water the whole trip which was great considering 500ml is 4.80 CHF"
