"Great place to stay. Reasonably priced. Helpful staff. I got there a bit early and they let me check in early, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Check in was okay. I was a bit bothered that we did not get an upgrade we were told it was full however the parking lot was not and very few people in the hotel. So mission lead that there was no upgrade. The sink in the bathroom had mold in the seams the a/c was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep threw. We went to the restaurant and the bathrooms were disgusting and dirty toilet paper every where the toilet not flushing as thou the bathrooms were not cleaned for several hours, yet we were there at 8am for breakfast."

"Our room was very clean! Especially the bathroom. It was almost like no one had ever used it! Staff was very friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected. I was able to check in but the room was not ready so was told I could come back late and be given the keys. Good thing, because I also ordered parking and was able to park inside when we finally returned later that evening. Our room didn’t have a view but didn’t need it since we were only going to sleep there. We got a really good deal on hotels.com. We will definitely return! Btw- the cafe was great for breakfast. The lady working told us where to find the white rock and gave us some history about it. Also peaked in on the quilting quild in the conference room. Nice ladies who talked to me about getting started."

"Jim was wonderful at checkin but during 2nd day our stay we came back to our room to the overwhelming stench of sewage (not the usual farm fertilizer smell). Straight up sewage. It was severe and we called front desk immediately. They said they would send someone up. We waited 15 minutes outside our room and no one came. Finally we came down to follow up and there was very little concern from the young woman at the counter. They assigned us a different room but didnt offer anything else. We had to move ourselves. No one even offered to help or supply a baggage cart. We had to bear the horrible sewage stench as we rushed to pack up all our equipment including heavy items, and moved ourselves to a different room that had bottled water by the ice bucket that was already open and half drunk. There was no further apology or explanation for the incident, no compensation, nor did they ever follow up with us to check that we were alright. Utter disinterest by the front desk staff, they didnt even seem surprised. 🙄 I travel a lot and this was noteworthy in the worst way. Also beds were comfy but the shower curtains are not very water resistant. Later we noticed that the outdoor area also smelled like sewage by the exterior wall. They must have hit a pipe during renovations. For the price not worth the crap service we got (so to speak)."
