Had a lovely time until I was rudely phoned by a manager/owner, who falsely accused me of lying about an incident that me and my female friends had no idea about. It was very rude, and was no fault of ours. The security of the property is questionable, maybe if the front door was locked using the code, they wouldn’t have had the issues they did. I also only received one apology from someone at the reception and not from the man who phoned me rudely. The room was lovely, but definitely disappointed in the way they spoke to myself, a young woman.

Well situated

Self check in worked well. Large room with side sea view. Comfy bed and clean room. Good breakfast which was the first time we saw anyone from the b&b. Ideally situated for sea and not too far from the town. Would stay there again.

Lovely guest house, would definately return!!!! Location is very good with stunning views!!! Centre of town is 10 min walk with plenty of dining/shopping options. Room was well equipped, comfortable beds, fan, complimentary coffee/tea/biscuits. Since they were fully booked we had to share shower/bathroom facilities, never an issue!!! Complimentary toiliteries, coffee/tea provided at front desk. Breakfast was good, option of hot/cold, (would have liked more cold options). Staff lovely, would definately recommend it!!!

Great Little Guest House

Nice b+b, very close to the sea in a side street, could see the sea from my room (partial sea view). My double room was really nice, very clean but no bathroom, which was communal, I didn't realise this until I entered my room. Didn't notice this in the description, obviously my error. Shared bathroom wasn't a problem though, but will definitely want my own for the next booking. Bed was comfortable, pillows bit lumpy but I did sleep really well. Internet very good indeed, breakfast menu great and food exceptional, and the gentleman taking breakfast orders was really nice, polite and friendly. Accommodation is next to the Castle and only a short walk to the main promenade and main shopping area's. Check-in was a bit different from the norm, no member of staff just folders on the desk with each person's name and room name with keys, quite straight forward so not an issue. Overall very happy with my one night stay, will definitely stay at the Gwesty Guest House again
