Located in Abilene's Historic Downtown SoDa District, enjoy what this 2-bedroom bungalow has to offer. This welcoming property features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin over twin bunk bed, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. With amenities like A Baby Grand Piano, Acoustic Guitar with Amp, and an old School record player with plenty of vinyl to spin, as well as easy access to the Adjacent Outdoor Courtyard, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bathroom includes fresh towels and necessary toiletries to enjoy after using our refreshing waterfall shower head for a phenomenal start to your day. We hope you enjoy what our place and Abilene has to offer.

Josh and Brittney were so welcoming ands provided us with all the information that was needed during our stay. The food was great, and the Vrbo was adorable, the beds were very comfortable, and the place was very clean.

So cute! Great photo op! Perfect location. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The snacks and coffee was a nice surprise. Overall a unique place and a great stay. The bed in the master bedroom was ok but the noise and bright light on the AC, which is located right above your head, kept waking us up. But not a deal breaker.

Please be aware this location is connected to a loud beer garden with a DJ. While the place was lovely, it was very loud. Also, there is no central AC and the mattresses were not the most comfortable.

Stayed here for a one night stop in Abilene while on a road trip. Very clean and tidy, and air conditioner was on when we arrived so it was very comfortable when we walked in.There was a reserved parking spot for the rental, but it was occupied by what looked like the "sound" equipment vehicles for the live music at the beer garden that night. Not a huge deal as we was ample parking just across the street.Other than that none of us have any complaints. Grandma got the big bed in the room with the bunks and both kiddos (13 and 8) were stoked with having the opportunity to sleep on a bunk bed.After getting settled, we had dinner and drinks downstairs and it all tasted amazing (I recommend the "pork belly is healthy" and strawberry spinach/feta salad), and we loved that we didn't have to get in the car to drive to dinner...we had already been in the car for hours.We were worried we might hear a lot of commotion or even the live music pouring into the Bungalow, but it was surprisingly quiet inside. Music went on until 11pm (we were told, because we certainly didn't hear anything) but I was sound asleep by 10.Definitely would stay here again.

Great Stay in Abilene

We enjoyed the property very much. It is above a beer garden, something that I hadn't completely thought through. Friday night they had music until after 11. While the apartment mostly stayed quiet, there were some rooms you could hear the music from. The owners were great and let me know of the issues with the air conditioning. It was working ok, just a bit noisy. Beautifully decorated in a music theme, we enjoyed the place.

We had an unfortunate experience with this booking. Problems with 2 AC units, broken lamps and a non working fan made our stay unnecessarily uncomfortable. The record player could’ve been cool but…also broken. The worst part, however, was the complete lack of communication with property management. We sent multiple messages about the AC units in the living room and master bedroom AND called the owner, “Paige”. She didn’t answer the call so we left a voicemail that also went unanswered. This is not acceptable and we will not stay here again nor would we recommend this vrbo to anyone else.

Wonderful spot to stay in a great location

This was a wonderful place to stay. I absolutely loved the decor, everything is nicely decorated, and has a great feel to it. The linens on the bed were really nice. The towels smelled really good and fresh. The kitchen is well stocked.

Terrific!

Such a cool and unique space! Loved the decor and location above the beer garden, and it was within walking distance of the Paramount Theatre downtow, as well as several other great eateries and drinkeries!

Girls trip

The bungalow is decorated well, but the AC in the living room did not work. They had someone trying to fix it when we got there, but they left and still did not work. In front of one of the bedrooms/kitchen there was a leak coming out of the AC creating a large orange stain. I let the owner know about both issues, no communication.

Clean property

The property is very clean and fully stocked with snacks and coffee. It is attached to a beer garden but we did not hear any residual noise from the business. The beds are comfortable as well with memory foam. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Fun place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. Although you must walk through the beer garden to get to the door, we had an awesome stay. There was a live band on Friday night that was so much fun to sit and listen to on our private balcony. The beds were comfortable. We felt very safe. The front door parking spot was the best. I highly recommend.

THIS is where you want to stay in Abilene.

We looked for an attractive, affordable, and safe location near all the hotspots in Abilene. Our family found everything we wanted at the Baby Grand Bungalow. The decor is thoughtful and unique with all the necessities. We loved the piano, furnishings, separate spaces, and having our very own vacation spot. We also had good communication with the hosts.Any issues were minor and indicative of a new rental. The biggest thing to be aware of is that the bedding is memory foam and on the hard side.The location is in the heart of the SoDA District and within walking distance of the museums, gardens, and dining, but still in a relaxed part of town. Stay cozy inside or join the nightlife just outside the door.
