"The property was so unique and charming! The room was spacious and decorated impressively. There were no issues with checking in or out of the room. I felt safe with the codes on both doors to the residence and room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. I didn’t use the kitchen area, but for a longer stay, I would definitely feel comfortable cooking! It was quiet the entire stay, and it is located in a decent area that I felt safe walking to and from. I am overall very impressed...

"I thought everything about this place was so great and so much character. The staff was really nice and I liked how they kept an eye on the front doors. We got a whole tour of the place and it made it even more fun to stay there. There was so many cool little details decorating and the furniture was awesome. The location was just right to visiting downtown. It was clean and updated, however there was a smell. You could tell they were trying to keep it clean and smelling fresh but it was worse in the lobby than anywhere else. If they could rid of the smell, I would read it five stars no problem."

"Honestly, I'm usually not a fan of hotels because they often don't feel very clean to me, but this one exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, conveniently located, and having multiple restaurants on-site made everything so much easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I also enjoyed the coffee shop and the late-night entertainment performances. My only complaint was the pool—it was quite small and much colder than expected, especially since it was advertised as a heated pool. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again."

"Boxtel Hotel was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in downtown El Paso. The check-in process was fast and easy, thanks to Amin at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and provided some excellent dinner recommendations that made our first night in town even better. One of the things that impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. It's located very close to the baseball stadium, yet we couldn't hear any stadium noise at all. We enjoyed a great night's sleep on a comfortable bed. If you're looking for a clean, efficient, and well-located hotel, this place delivers. The restroom was spotless, the shower had fantastic water pressure, and everything felt well-maintained. My wife especially appreciated the variety of coffee options available in the lobby. This isn't a luxury resort, and that's exactly the point. There are no unnecessary extras like in-room microwaves, refrigerators, or oversized closets taking up space. Instead, Boxtel focuses on the essentials and does them very well. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown attractions and the highway. For travelers who value cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and a quiet stay over unnecessary frills, Boxtel Hotel is an outstanding choice."
