"The property was adequate. I didn't realize they charge a $10 parking fee. Guess I missed that in the fine print. We got to our room and it was clean. The only big complaint was that we were in an adjoining room and the people next door left their dog in the room and it barked for 45 mins until they came back. "

"When the front manager heard it was our anniversary, he found us a much better room than the one I had reserved (which I'm sure was great as well). The room was phenomenal. The view from it was brilliant. We woke to a beautiful Texas sunrise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at every turn. We wanted for nothing. "

"Room was clean , staff was super kind and supportive. The hotel is over 100 years old, keeping its original way. Like a museum, in a time machine you feel. Elevator was not working but they were working on it. We enjoyed the simplicity..Location is unbeatable. Parking is only for a couple cars but there are many paid parking around. I definitely will stay in the Gardner hotel when I'm back El Paso. "

"Yes! The room did not have shampoo in the shower! And when I drove up no one helped me quickly I was in a hurry! I did tell them to park my car in the parking lot but they left it there and my license plate was stolen! Not happy!"
