The practical furnishings of the house include an upper floor accessible via an exterior staircase, where you will find a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and an electric heater, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is a small room on this floor with two beds measuring 70 cm in width and 170 cm in length. The kitchenette is also located on the upper floor, featuring an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small bar area. This floor also has a shower and WC (toilet). The second upper floor consists of a room with sloping ceilings, containing a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and an exit leading to a balcony. The floors throughout the house are made of parquet.

Wonderful

Being on the North shore of Lake Balaton is the best location, away from the busier South. View was fantastic and we spent every evening sat there looking out over the lake, one night we even had a pair of hares running around in the field next to the house. It was a heatwave 35 degrees so the Air Con was lovely. Helped to water the plants in the garden as the owner was away - hope they survived. Lovely, unspoilt and restful with visits to the beach, vineyards and towns. Would recommend Sipos Vineyard and their new gin. Altogether a fantastic time, would love to go back.
