"Excellent choice for an airport stay. Conveniently located across the street from T3, with a marquee Julian Opie sign. We've stayed in compact rooms and the larger queen suites. Both are very comfortable with great amenities. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth the price, especially if you're preparing for a long travel day. Internet is reliable and strong. "The hotel is clean and in a good location. It advertised air conditioning. As soon as we walked into the room we noticed it was hot. We turned the AC on. 2 hours later it was still hot. Like sitting in shorts hot. We called down to ask for someone to check on the unit. Waiting an hour and a half. Called again. Waited another 30 minutes before we headed out. Let the front desk know. When we returned, one of the panels to the ceiling was open but the temperature never changed. It being $5 for a coffee from the bar is very expensive. However the evening staff in the bar a very friendly and offer excellent service. The bathroom in our room had a tub/shower. However there is no shower curtain. A piece of glass covers less than half the length of the tub. When you shower, the whole floor and sink area gets soaked. This being the only sink in the room means when anyone goes to wash their hands, their socks get soaked. Install a shower curtain!"
