Staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and welcoming. Jordan helped us with checking in and out and he was great and very friendly. The setup was unique, it was minimal but you had everything you needed including secure parking albeit at a fee. The icing on the cake was the rooftop; an amazing clear sight of the Tour Eiffel The beds and bathroom were clean but the hallway (leading to rooms) carpet could do with a professional clean. I would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks to all the staff

This is a very well managed hotel with great breakfast. However, rooms were designed by kids from a local elementary school. They really took “inconvenient” to the whole new level.

This hotel is just outside of Paris and very close to the Metro so easy to get downtown. The area is safe and has a lovely Saturday market. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly.

I didn’t get a chance to grab the woman at the fronts name who checked me in, but she was absolutely lovely. She also checked me out too ahaha! The breakfast is realllyyy good tbh. Amazing coffee machine, and it’s easy to use, because some coffee machine are a total SOB to figure out… but this one’s perfect and super easy to use.

I really liked how close it is from the transportation station, even that is not exactly in the downtown Paris, I was able to see the Eiffel Tower from my room so I couldn’t forgot that I was there 😍 Staff is amazing, they speak several languages and I didn’t have any issues with communication in English or Spanish. I’m really grateful to have chosen this hotel

Had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Bed was a nice size, firm but comfortable. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. The hotel was a block away from the tram so was easy enough to get into Paris. The only thing is that the rooms are not at all sound proof so it’s easy to get woken up by people coming in/leaving late. Overall I have a great stay. It definitely met my expectations

Maybe we arrived at the wrong time, since maintenance was being done on the hotel, and so it was noisy with all the pounding. It was away from many restaurants and we had to order thru Uber eats most of the time. Not accessible to stores and food places. Beds were clean anyway and no bedbugs. Frontdesk staff too were accommodating.

Breakfast was very poor Couldn’t change the temperature in the room Bathroom and bedroom were separated by a curtain ? The shower didn’t drain well at all so you were standing a pool of your own dirt while showering. The room felt slightly grubby so didn’t want to touch too many things. Only good thing was that the Reception staff were always lovely.
