"They don’t do a 4 person family room, despite it being advertised on Expedia. No solution was offered and our son has to sleep on the floor.

"Smooth check in, very clear instructions. Easy, free parking just a few steps away. Lovely room, with beautiful furniture and decorative items. The room was large with comfy seating, as well as table and chairs for eating, plus a wonderful view of the harbour. Very comfy bed. Thoughtful touches in the room including chilled water, wine, cheese and oatcakes. Being opposite Co-op was very handy for food, though there were several options in the town too. Breakfast options were good, and delivered...
