The cleaning staff were talking in the hotel corridor outside of the room at 8am, when we were trying to sleep. "Amazing experience at Puleera. Such a unique location with views of the Mt. Etna and the Ionian Sea. The staff was friendly and caring, it really felt like they knew us just after our first day.
