"Location is 2-3 further from NU, restaurants, stores, etc. Attached garage is super convenient. Only challenge is you hear the trains from pretty much all rooms - maybe lower/mid levels are breakfast. Breakfast is POOR- dont get it - breakfast places around are great options and cheaper. Finally a couple of the staff members don’t want to be there and don’t want to be disturbed … I am a regular and try to be friendly. I refuse to pay the premium of the others but this property is fine for a night or two or three as long as you know what to expect … get a noise machine … it helps. "

"Helpful staff clean and quiet room. The hotel was very busy, but our room was still quiet. Amenities were good and location was key."

"Room was as expected. Clean and ready for my stay. I didn’t get the service I got prior from the staff but I did get accommodation and kind staff as expected. Front entrance to lobby needs some attention. There was a beer can on the ground and a few cigarette butts on the concrete to the doors. Door glass to the lobby was kind of dirty this time I noticed. Other than that I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel again and will plan my stay there in the near future. Also I hope they finish the construction that is going on in that area. Makes it really congested."

"2 bedroom handicapped accessible suite was reserved. The bathroom was located inside the master bedroom, which allowed no privacy and was very inconvenient. The wheelchair could not fit beside the bed leaving the lobby bathroom as the only option. Grateful it was only 1 night since a shower waa not possible. Complimentary breakfast was delicious."

"Good hotel, super helpful staff but parking was a downside. Valet was the only practical option for us and cost over $40/day. There is supposed to be cheaper self-parking across the street for around $8–$12 per day, but it’s not on hotel property and wasn’t realistic for us since I arrived at 3 AM with two kids."
