The beds were comfy, the hotel quiet. 4 starts as fitness room was a little rundown, no breakfast included (usually holiday inns include breakfast). But it overall a good place to stay in Evanston- would definitely recommend and stay again "

"Classic old building with 'charm'. Elevators were a bit tiny and small, but otherwise the property was nice. The bar had great drinks and was cozy. There's not much area parking, but valet was easy and fair. "
