"We had an incredible week at Paul's property in Little Exuma with our family of 16, including 8 adults and 8 kids! The property was a perfect fit for our large group, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy time together, and make unforgettable memories.Paul was fantastic to work with from start to finish. His communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond and help with anything that came up.The location is very secluded, which made it feel like our own private slice of paradise, yet there was still so much to explore and experience nearby. Even the 30-minute drive to grab groceries, supplies, or visit the marina became part of the adventure. We enjoyed exploring the island, discovering beautiful beaches, and experiencing everything Little Exuma has to offer.One of the highlights was Paul connecting us with a local boat captain who picked our entire group up directly from the beach at the property for an amazing day exploring the islands!If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends, away from the crowds but surrounded by adventure, this is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you, Paul, for helping make our family vacation one we'll never forget! We would absolutely recommend this property!"

"12/10 amazing resort, amazing beach and wonderful staff. It was quiet and private and wonderful and clean! We loved our time there and hope to visit again. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The amenities for the room and beach were so plentiful and unexpected! What a wonderful stay!"

"Blue Reef Villa was the perfect home away from home. The pool, the beach, the house, everything was excellent. The house is on Little Exuma, literally 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beach (Tropic of Cancer). We felt comofortable the entire stay. I would reccomend Blue Reef Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing slice of paradise."

"Had issues with the oven heating up to desired temperature. Had a Chef come and cook dinner and he suggested that the homeowner invest in a new stove, sharp knives, decent cutting boards. As the Chef was slicing the beef tenderloin, plastic pieces from the cutting board got all over the meat. Needing additional bath towels took over three days to be delivered. , I’d suggest having additional towels in each bathroom for your guests. This would save housekeeping from having to make the long trek out to Little Exuma.Someone knocked on my son’s bedroom window at 11:20 PM, gave us all quite the scare. Make sure that the doors are locked.Other than that, house is beautiful, lots of space for our large group of 11. The view and beach is absolutely amazing! My family and I would definitely come back to Suma Sands Villa, every beach house has its issues and hopefully the next time we come there is a few new amenities."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tranquility Cottage. This wasn’t our first visit to Tropic of Cancer Beach, and once again we were reminded why we keep coming back. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely at home.The cottage was spotless, incredibly well maintained, and had plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days in the sun. One of our favorite parts of each day was the short, easy walk to beautiful Tropic of Cancer Beach—one of our favorite beaches anywhere. Having beach chairs and two kayaks available at the cottage was a fantastic bonus and made it even easier to enjoy everything the area has to offer.The owner and property manager were outstanding. Every question we had was answered immediately, and they were genuinely helpful throughout our stay. That level of responsiveness gave us complete peace of mind.We also loved spending time at Brea’s Delights, which has become one of our favorite beach bars. Between relaxing on the beach, kayaking, enjoying great food, and simply slowing down together as a family, this trip was exactly what we hoped it would be.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped home in one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in Exuma, we highly recommend Tranquility Cottage. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning."
