Wow! Spa is fantastic especially steam. Cleaning agents supplied upon request and all cleaing staff were so humble and work extra length to take corrective actions.

In need of a lot of work

The towels are old and some have holes . Paint is peeling from shower ceiling. Water does not drain properly. House keeping managers gaves us a hard time about a towel having lipsticks on it which was already there when we received it. Furniture thought out the entire hotel need to be updated.

Rooms are not as advertised. Everything from the bed linens and furniture needed to be replaced. The bed linens were so old they were now a dingy grey color instead of white. All of the furniture had stains, discoloration and were very old. The rug was the same. I turned on the water in the shower and brown water started coming out! Horrible! I had to stay two days, because all of the hotels were booked due to the AU convention. I had to bathe elsewhere due to the water issue. I Immediately left as soon as I could. I originally booked for 11 days. I asked for a refund for the days I would not be staying and the hotel refused. I would not stay here if you want a clean place to stay, enjoy good health, want fair treatment and not be taken advantage of financially.

Jeg hadde et fantastisk og innholdsrikt opphold.Fennomenale mennesker,- blide og imøtekommende.Klimaet er bare helt fantastisk.Mye å si at Addis A.ligger på totusenmeter(Galhøp.500 m høyere.)(hadde det vert litt varmere17-27,- hadde jeg nok savnet earcodition speselt om natten)nb jeg ble lykkelig gift

Solid hotel

Disappointed considering the high price. The bathrooms need attention as the shower cubicles appear as they’ve never been cleaned, I had to wear flip flops when showering as. The cubicle doors did not close, so water was always on the floor, the fixture/fittings were not maintained and missing. The bedroom floor had to cleaned as had not been. The restaurant tried to overcharge and then rather than provide a new bill thought it easier they asked for the bill to be paid.

Check in was good and the room was nice. The restaurant service was very slow. There was no internet connect for the majority of my stay and the water in the shower was not hot enough , dispute numerous complaints there was no improvement. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable

Pros: good hot water, tea and kettle maker, nice balcony, good gym, great location, pretty quiet, friendly staff, plenty of power outlets, great view from the roof, rooms nicely decorated Cons: fridge was broken, staff couldn't locate my reservation upon checkin (took them 20 minutes), staff were not at the airport as scheduled to pick me up, and the great selection of food at the breakfast was useless since the food meant to be cold was warm, and the food meant to be hot was room temperature. Had to stick to fruit and bread only. Considering that Ethiopia is so poor, this is a nice three-star accommodation, and I can forgive the problems. Would stay again

The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was very good. It seemed a bit odd that the dining room was empty for lunch and supper, and that it was the custom to eat in your room. It made the hotel lack vibrancy. Not sure why it was so empty.

Very slow Check in process, Rooms are not clean, showers wont work properly in few rooms, Wifi dont work in back side of hotel rooms. horrible breakfast. It says 4 star even it is not worth for 1 star. very slow response for service request. Better to stay in International chain hotels. i dont recommend this hotel.
