Love the complex where this apartment is located. It is well maintained, quiet and friendly. Most of the people there seen to be residents. Camilla provided a fantastic video once the booking was taken and paid for, showing how to access the property, which is over one level. Camilla was available to contact any time for help. The apartment has everything that you need. It is clean. Plenty of storage room for clothing. Bedding and towels are in the apartment, which can be washed using the washing machine in the kitchen. There is a wi-fi connection should you wish to access your emails or internet. The TV can be connected to your mobile devices through airplay. There is a patio front and back with table and chairs and loungers in the back with a BBQ area. The complex itself sits directly across from Hotel Baobab Suites and there is a gymnasium - Activate Sports Club, 100m up from the apartment. The walk to the apartment from the shops in Costa Adeje is up a hill. If you do not have great mobility, taxis are cheap and readily accessible. Would recommend a stay at this apartment to everyone.

We have just returned from this property, lovely and clean, perfect for my husband and I to re-charge our batteries, we will definitely return.....Easy communication, directions and videos sent beforehand. Car a welcomed bonus. See you next year!

Die Wohnung ist gut und praktisch ausgestattet - Geschirrspüler, Waschmasch.,Bad mit mit Badewanne, Außenkamin und sonstige Ausstattung (Handtücher usw.) Mangel: Keine schallisolierten Fenster, keine Klappläden oder Rollos. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig - unter dem Bett, hinter dem Sofa, am Rand unter der Küchenarbeitsplatte und den Griffen kleben die Finger. Die Außenanlage ist schön und ruhig. Das Angebot incl. Leihwagen ist gut und praktisch.

Goed en rustig gelegen appartement

Prima woning in rustige wijk, met ruime slaapkamer en complete keuken. Twee terrassen, dus altijd zon. Goed te lopen naar strand en boulevard, terug wel klimmen! Minpuntje : licht in woonkamer erg wit en schel door ledlampen. Met 'warm-white' lampen wordt het veel sfeervolle. We hebben er heerlijke vakantie gehad 👍.

Goed appartement in rustige omgeving.

Een goed appartement met terrassen aan voor- en achterzijde. Daardoor kun je altijd wel ergens in de zon of schaduw zitten. Op loopafstand van El Duque strand (terug wel heuvel op), rest met auto goed te bereiken. Rustige sfeer door carré-ligging van appartementen en afsluitbare toegangen.

lovely apartment but a bit out of town

Very nicely kept apartment and owners very organised with the booking. A quiet location which is what we wanted but as they say you can't choose your neighbours and unfortunately ours were noisy at times and the soundproofing in these apartments seemed none existent. We didn't say anything as they didn't seem the type of people to get involved with. Other than this an enjoyable stay in this apartment.

Great location

Well equipped, clean apartment in nice secure complex. Within 10 minutes walk of del Duque beach but need to be fit to walk back up the hill or use one of the plentiful taxis! Quieter than further up the coast at playa de las Americas. Car included which was a real bonus. Good communication between owner and us.

A GREAT STAY !!!

We rented this beautiful apartment for 10 days and had a great stay. The photos are accurate - the apartment really does look as well as shown. Everything about the apartment met our expectations. In a good location. It has a lovely terrace. Parking is on the street and always available. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic!

We've had an excellent experience here. The owner answered all our questions promptly and his secretary was fantastic on arrival and even organised our taxi back to the airport on arrival. The apartment is spotless, big and peaceful. The pool was delightful, warmish and empty the majority of the time. The residents were very friendly also. We enjoyed the ten minute gentle stroll to the beach and paid 3.15 euros for a taxi when it was too hot to walk back. A fantastic experience overall and we can't wait to go back. The surrounding area is very exclusive, moet by the glass and we particularly recommend bar Acanto. A wonderful experience overall.

Tout est parfait

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette location, tout était parfait. Le site est bien sécurisé et l’appartement est très bien équipé. Nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée. En plus le soleil se lève sur la terrasse arrière et se couche sur la terrasse avant. La voiture est nécessaire, pour faire ses courses au grand supermercado (pas facile à trouver) et pour visiter l’ile ou aller aux restaurants ou à la plage. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied (en descente) mais le retour monte fort et demande un peu d’effort. Pour les restos, pas de problèmes, à 5 minutes en voiture, le long de la promenade à « La Caleta ». Beaucoup de restos typiques dans un décor plus sauvage. Sinon playa Fanebe et playa El Duque de nombreux autres restos.

VERY NICE APARTMENT LOCATED ON THE BEST AREA OF COSTA ADEJE. THE HOUSE AND THE COMPLEX IS VERY NICE AND QUIET. WE SPENT A LOVELY WEEK AT THIS BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT. THE POOL WAS VERY NICE, AND ALSO HAVE THE BEACH JUST 5 MINUTES FROM THE HOUSE WAS A VERY GOOD DEAL FOR US, WE CAME WITH A LITTLE BOY. THE HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED. WE USED THE BARBECUE REGULARLY, THE WEATHER WAS MAGNIFIQUE. THE HOUSE HAS SUN THE WHOLE DAY AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY QUIET. WE WILL BE DEFIANTLY BACK TO THIS HOUSE IF WE COME BACK TO TENERIFE. THANK YOU!!!!

VERY QUIET STAY!!!!!!

We spend a lovely time at this amazing apartment. Everything was perfect and in maculated . The apartment has everything you could need on your holidays. The car included was perfect for us and in very good conditions. The house is is just five minutes walking distance from the beach. Also the pool was really good. The apartment and the building was VERY QUIET. It was perfect for our relax. The communication with the owner was amazing, he answered very fast all our questions. See you next year!!!!

Beautiful apartment complex in quiet location

We had a lovely chilled out week at this beautiful apartment which was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The description and photos were very accurate. The pool area was kept immaculately clean with beautiful gardens. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time so plenty of sunloungers available whatever time you wanted. We were met at the airport by Larraitz and followed her back in the hired car to the apartment - the whole process was really straightforward, she's very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She assured us she was only a phone call away and to call if we needed anything - needless to say everything was perfect so we did not need to call. The booking process was super efficient and Galindo responded very quickly to every email and was extremely accommodating on our last day given our flight times which was really appreciated so a big thank you! The only negative we experienced was that the residents in the apartment upstairs were very noisy early morning (preparing for work) which is not ideal when you're on holiday but we totally understand that is outwith anyone's control so it's not a criticism just an observation!

TOP NOTCH COMPLEX IN COSTA ADEJE !!!

Close to everything, yet quiet and serene. We enjoyed our JUNE, 2016 stay in this clean rental. The pool was lovely and the apt. Fridge and coffee maker were convenient. The hosts have assembled good information on where to find why you need in the area. My husband loved the bed---judging it the best mattress he has slept on ( he is a frequent world traveler) "on the road". We will book again when visiting the area--enjoyed it so much more than the various hotels we have stayed in before . We were visiting nearby relatives, so for us the location was perfect. If night life is what you are looking for, you will have to drive just 3 km, as this is a quiet residential area---perfect for those looking for some peace and serenity in Tenerife South.

SIMPLY AMAZING !!!

Our family spend a few days at this house. The property had everything I wanted plus a nice, luxurious feel to it: Major highlight was the Pool. It feels like an olympic sized pool and was completely spotless. Very refreshing for the time of year Great location. Very close to the beach and a wonderful community. It was a great experience and the owner was very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity. THANKS !!!!!!
