Set across two thoughtfully designed levels, this beachfront retreat blends relaxed coastal living with everyday comfort. Upstairs, the open-plan living area is filled with natural light, with comfortable lounges positioned to take in elevated views stretching across the Esplanade and out towards the water. Downstairs, a second lounge offers additional space to unwind, complete with a fold-out queen-sized futon bed, TV, and a mini bar with a sink and bar fridge.

The gourmet kitchen features premium appliances, generous bench space, and an oversized island with bar seating. The dining area maintains the home’s airy open-plan feel while bringing everyone together with ease.

Step onto the expansive balcony overlooking Semaphore Beach, where outdoor seating, a BBQ, ceiling fan, and sweeping outlooks create the perfect setting for alfresco dining, sunset drinks, or slow mornings spent soaking in the sea breeze. Downstairs, the landscaped backyard provides an additional space with established greenery and open lawn.

Each of the four bedrooms is designed for comfort, featuring queen beds, ceiling fans, and ducted air conditioning. Three bedrooms are located downstairs alongside the central bathroom and laundry, while the upstairs primary bedroom includes a walk-in robe and an ensuite with a shower, bathtub, and a separate toilet. One downstairs bedroom offers direct access to the backyard.

Year-round comfort is ensured with ducted air conditioning throughout the home. Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, a dedicated home office for remote work, a laundry with a washer and dryer, and driveway parking for two vehicles. Please note this home is set across two levels and includes internal stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
