Great location. Needed a few basic cleaning things. Such as a dishcloth and a kitchen plug. And clearer instructions on the washing machine. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Unfortunately the shower wasn’t cleaned properly and the kitchen stove/light/fan was greasy. The bin hadn’t been cleaned (under the liner) and the room had marks on the walls etc. wifi was also not available for this stay. the location is good, with coffee shop below and walking distance to everything.

Wonderful experience

It is a good experience in living here. The view is so good. The location is good, near to city but not too near, so it is not too noise. The room is wonderful, and quite clean. There are fridge, microwave, oven and even washing dash machine in the kitchen. The toilet is good and also has a washing machine for clothing. The staff is good and helpful, though they are not in the hotel. If you need their service, you need to call them.

Travel to Adelaide for cricket every year and usually book a standard motel room in one of the local motel chains. This apartment had twice the space and a separate bedroom from the the living area. Great location and very spacious apartment. Excellent communication with bookings team and easy check in. Will stay again for sure.

The apartment we had in Oaks Horizons was very comfortable. Good sized rooms and great location for our needs. Checkin was easy as we were met in the foyer.

Property's fine. Just would suggest a smart tv in the main bedroom as well. Also the washer dryer laundry machine needs better instructions for the drying as the drying cycle was so confusing to set we just gave up. We think we wouldn't be alone in the exp. The bathtub spa jets are out of order not working atm. Other than that the properties fine.

Sub-let room within another chain so no association with the bigger chain: no cleaning or reception services. However wasn't an issue. Good price but room is in need of a good clean and update...marks on floors roof walls, older uncomfortable furniture and mismatched bed linen. Overall perhaps a bit overpriced for the final product.

When I booked the apartment I did not realise that it was a privately managed apartment within the complex. Check in was a little tricky, had to call to meet the owner/manager and when we got there the property hadn’t been cleaned. Manager was very apologetic and then very helpful with suggestions on things to do. The main bed was a little uncomfortable, and some extra blankets are needed. For a serviced apartment there needs to be a compendium for the apartment, how to use the dishwasher, washing machine extra. Local restaurants, delivery services, where the closest supermarket is etc. We enjoyed our stay, however these are things that could certainly be improved.

Great central location but very limited amenities. Things didn't work like the stove top, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi. Didn't complain as the host was lovely but my husband was not impressed so chose not to stay. Ended up staying 5 nights on my own so not what i was hoping for or expecting sadly.

Adelaide pseudo WOMAD stay

We had to book 2x 1 bedroom apartments for the 4 of us, requested both rooms adjacent to each other which Frank looked after very efficiently. Checkin was quick, rooms good, no complaints, good location across from Convention Centre, around the corner from Hindley St. restaurants etc. Excellent cafe at entrance. Asked for a late checkout and received free of charge. Will stay again.

La Loft Apartments far exceeded my expectations. The unit was a ten minute walk from the Adelaide Oval where I had to be each day. The unit was clean and well layed out. I loved the huge bathroom, the bed was extra comfortable and I could see the water from my balcony. Overall a great choice for my week away from home
