There was cobweb at the balcony railing, likely overlooked during cleaning and been a while already. Toilet door cannot close due to misalignment. Otherwise, I like this hotel with its nice balcony with scenic view of the Adelaide hills and near to Chinatown, Adelaide Central Market and a few tram stops away from Rundle mall shopping belt. Overall, it's still a choiced hotel to stay.

Tom’s Court Hotel was a great place to stay, large sized bed which we thought was very comfortable, no sagging. The room was large, kitchenette with very handy. Microwave, sink and cups saucers, mugs, bowls, plates, knives forks and spoons, also a fridge. Hand wash provided, shower wash, shampoo and conditioner too. Great aircons tv. Very clean, block out curtains and you could hardly hear the neighbours. We never had the breakfast as there were so many other places to eat.

The staff were so kind and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It’s so close to the tram line so travel was a breeze. Lovely coffee pod machine and tea in the room.

This was the first time I had stayed at Tom's Court Hotel and, as a frequent visitor to Adelaide, it won't be the last. The positives of this hotel are its' location to my office, some great walks and to the light-rail and all at a very reasonably nightly-rate. The only negatives were some noises on the first night, the source of which I wasn't able to establish but which was not repeated on the other two nights of my stay, and the fact that there was no toaster in the room. Aside from that, the facilities were excellent and I very much enjoyed my stay.
