"Noticed my room refrigerator had mould. Staff excellent and helpful when I had problems with my smartphone. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Location 20 minutes from Central train station and smae feom waterside. Would stay again."

"This hotel is in an ideal location. It is close to upscale shopping and some of the best restaurants in Stockholm. Even more importantly, right across the street is the airport train, which will get to the airport in 20 minutes as opposed to trying to take a taxi or an Uber, which may take an hour and a half during rush-hour traffic. The hotel is also across the street from the Stockholm Central station, which is great if you plan to travel in Scandinavia by train. Please note that this hotel does not have air-conditioning like most Stockholm hotels. I can highly recommend this property."

"It is unique as most of the rooms are underground and have no window. This takes a bit of get used to and we knew before we booked it was windowless. The room is small but we spent most of our time looking at the tourist attractions so the room is not the most important thing. Location is also great as it is central and next to bus and rail, easy connection to Arlanda airport. The breakfast included with the room makes up for it. One if the best breakfast offerings we have experienced. We travel a lot so this breakfast stands out. Thank you Thon Brun. Very helpful and friendly staff."

"Tycker inte om att hotellet drar beloppet för hela vistelsen innan man har checkat in. Handfat ska inte rinna så långsamt att man börjar misstänka stopp. Utmärkt system att köpa till frukost (115 kr). Då kan få den vid den tidpunkt som stämmer med ens resplaner. Hotellet ligger utmärkt för alla som använder tåg, fjärrbussar eller flyg."

"Great location, that’s the main positive thing for this hotel. Room facilities were lacking - no fridge, kettle, chair or even wardrobe. Oh and I had a double bed with a single duvet - it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall it was pleasant enough though. One annoyance is that I paid extra and made sure I had a window in the room, but the room may as well of not had one as my window looked out on to the inside of the hotel restaurant?! I had to keep my curtains closed the entire trip for privacy and I couldn’t tell at all what the weather was doing. Very annoying."
