"The unit was clean and staff were very pleasant to deal. Handy location if you need to go to the Hospital. however, the units needed a bit of painting done in the shower area. overall a good reasonable priced place to stay"

"Your accommodation worked really well for us. There were a few tiny points that needed dressing i.e. the tiles in the bathroom were falling off, there were no instructions regarding putting out the rubbish bins and the listed tourist attractions are still mentioning the tragic place at the Mount which is no longer there.Also we were reluctant to sit outside in the garden as it was very weedy and it didn’t look pretty perhaps tidy that up and make it look more welcoming"

"Everything was great ( room a bit dated but functional) except for the hours of the spa in the private rooms. Couldnt have a morning spa or a spa before getting busy. Its between 330pm till 930pm otherwise its empty. I appreciate the fresh new water though after emptying.Couldnt have a spa after coming back from dinner, had to plan earlier. Theres a draining pipe in the middle and its just constantly loud from water rushing in. Its not very relaxing. Its a shame becuase theres so much potential. "
