"Fabulous stay here with wonderful and friendly staff. The hotel is well located with a Devine cafe Nextdoor’s in the council building. The family room has two queen size comfortable beds and a great balcony."

"We loved our stay. The breakfast was so nice, lovely yogurt with musuli with muffins and butter. Nice to have a 1 litre milk. Bed was very comfortable and had a good night sleep. Love the fact that our little dog could be there and had a lovely orchard to roam around. It was far enough away from the main house that you felt like you were in your own world. We will be back to stay again next time we visit the Grandchildren. Thank you so much every thing was so lovely. "

"Unit was warm without extra heating owing to thermal quality build despite its age. Also helped quietness. Facilities bare minimum for meal preparation, fridge undersized for people travelling with supplies "

"Everything was great ( room a bit dated but functional) except for the hours of the spa in the private rooms. Couldnt have a morning spa or a spa before getting busy. Its between 330pm till 930pm otherwise its empty. I appreciate the fresh new water though after emptying.Couldnt have a spa after coming back from dinner, had to plan earlier. Theres a draining pipe in the middle and its just constantly loud from water rushing in. Its not very relaxing. Its a shame becuase theres so much potential. "

"Great view and excellent lighting. We had lots of space to enjoy the company of the whole family and cook meals together. The appliances are excellent. Taking a bath outdoors with a glass of wine and the New Zealand birds was a highlight for us."
