Since it is the off season right now, public transit was quite infrequent, and there weren't many options for food in the area, but my hosts always made sure I had everything I needed. "The young lady that cleans does an amazing job! She cleaned everything in the parking garage: she scrubbed the recycle/trashcans, the walls, the light fixtures. You could literally eat off the garage floor, it was so squeaky clean! The wellness room areas were amazing. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a dryer to dry our laundry. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"The hotel is located between Trento and Bolzano, and has everything we need for a short stay. They've offered a free mini bar, and the breakfast was also good. We had an inconvenient with the reservation, which was not their fault but from Hotels.com and they solved it quickly. Another inconvenient was on the shower area that was flooded due to a problem with the drain, but they also solved it quickly, even on the evening."
