Cozy 1 bed 1 bath studio suite on the ground floor (no steps required) in the gated Country Estates Community. Tucked away on Monkey Island, away from the main traffic, this property offers peace and relaxation while remaining centrally located to golfing, restaurants, boating, and Shangri La Resort.

Dogs are allowed at this property with a pet fee. No smoking or vaping inside. A lease agreement and security deposit are required. This property is not affiliated with Shangri La Resort and does not include any use of the resort amenities.

Near the end of Hwy 125 on Monkey Island. Just down the road from the Shangri-La Golf Clubhouse in the Country Estates.
