The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is pleased to offer this charming, bright 55 m² flat for rent in Agen. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in a lively, bustling area right in the centre of town. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 26 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 26 m² facing south with sofa, armchair and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : one bunk bed (two single beds).
- A bathroom with shower (80×120) and WC.

For even more comfort : high chair, changing table, potty, toilet seat, games (0 to 5 years), children's books, children's crockery, washing machine, plancha, fan.

The flat is ideally located in the hypercentre of Agen, in a very pleasant environment with a family atmosphere. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... At 20 meters from the accommodation is a very good restaurant of local product "l'aubade" as well as a local and organic tea-room / florist .

Activities :
Capital of the prune, located on the banks of the Garonne, Agen is a welcoming town on a human scale where life is good. Come and stroll through its historic centre and discover its emblematic places, such as the Place des Laitiers, the heart of Agen's entertainment, the Rue des Cornières and its arcades, the Rue Beauville with its old half-timbered and corbelled houses, the Cathedral of Saint-Caprais and its coloured frescoes from the 19th century, or the Musée des Beaux-Arts, less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Stroll along the Garonne, the Gravier esplanade, with its plane trees, lawns and alleys, is a pleasant place to stroll, much appreciated by the people of Agen. Further north, come and discover the majestic canal-bridge, a 539-metre long structure which allows the Canal Latéral à la Garonne to span the Garonne river.
- Event : The Grand Pruneau Show, on the last weekend of August, honours the famous Agen prune, through a big festival, with prune tasting, gourmet market, shows, concerts...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the accommodation (paying parking).

عناصر لم تنل الإعجاب: النظافة

Dommage pour la propreté

Le point fort de ce logement est son emplacement dans l'hypercentre d'Agen. Il y a aussi beaucoup de livres et de jouets pour les enfants. Mais à notre arrivée le logement était très sale et le four ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons regretté l'absence de volets et/ou de stores alors qu'il y a du vis-à-vis. Mauvaise information : l'annonce indique que le logement se situe au 2e étage mais c'est plutôt un 3e étage. Le n° d'appartement n'est pas indiqué et rien ne signale la location, nous avons cherché l'appartement et avons dû déranger des voisins (forcément puisque ce n'était pas le bon étage).
