"We had a really wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel at the end of June. Couldn’t ask for more and the staff were exceptional throughout. Excellent location, lovely room, great breakfast & everywhere was spotless. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening, which is not to be missed. Special thanks to Nico at the bar for looking after us so well. We can’t wait to go back."

Constant noise from quad bikes and motorbikes late into the night made it impossible to enjoy the pool during the day and kept us awake at night. A steep 10 minute walk up from the port and very handy for bars and restaurants in the Old Town. The advertised poolside bar didn’t seem to be staffed although we were told that we could order drinks from the bar inside. The pool itself is nice but there’s no atmosphere as very few...

"Lovely hotel - looks like it has been recently been renovated. Rooms were spacious and modern but with a Greek feel! We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and only a short walk to the bus terminal and port plus restaurants and shops. our balcony had a great view of Skopelos town as well. We will definitely be back!"

The rooms, with fantastic air conditioning, and grounds were spotless because they were cleaned every day. ALL staff were friendly and approachable. "Staff was very friendly and view from our small but clean, comfortable room was amazing! The downside is that you have to haul your luggage up an old stone walkway and staircase to check in at The Water hotel. Unfortunately, our bags were 50 lbs (23kg) each. Luckily, a staffer offered to take them the rest of the way to our room at The Rock, which is more old stone stairs up to an old stone walkway away. There are no elevators. Thank goodness for Alberto!"

"Stayed two nights june 24-26, we enjoyed this place and would stay again. Its a bit out of the way and a car is required although there are regular bus stops at the front gate. Had a well manicured garden and nice pool. A rocky beach is about a 3 minute walk. The room was clean, had all the amenities we expected and the bed was comfortable. They have two breakfasts, a light continental and a buffet. The continental was enough for us."

Unless you were in the front row when it was 25€. As there was 3 of us no option but to pay for 4 beds ! "The location was perfect for visiting central Skiathos well being far enough away from the bustle. Staff were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative was that the half shower door would not seal or stay in place. Combined with a hanging hand shower that could not be adjusted it resulted in a significant amount of water to clean up off the bathroom floor each time one of us showered."
