"The images of the hotel are deceptive and do not reflect reality whatsoever. I deeply regret my financial transaction and expect a full refund. The facilities are in disgraceful condition, the accommodation smelled of mold, there were rodent droppings on the balcony, and the premises are completely neglected. We were misled by the photos on the official website. My advice: Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!""

Ottima vicinanza al mare, posizone tranquilla e balconi (ove si può pranzare e cenare all'aria aperta) opportunamente esposti a Nord, in modo da evitare la calura del mezzogiorno nel periodo estivo. Cons: Putroppo il WI in appartamento non prende. E' necessario spostarsi nella hall di prima accoglienza,dove il WI prende bene."

"We had a lovely stay. The day clerk, Monica is very helpful, and is a wealth of information, and just a lovely person The room was large and very clean, very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty and has lots of choice. The location is great, no shortage of reataurants close by. We uaed Best Choice cars, their officw is cloae and they delivered to the hotel. Very enjoyable stay."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The staff, especially Cleo in reception were warm and friendly and always responsive to guests. Our room on the second floor was quiet and had lovely sunset views over the mountain. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. We also managed to get into the pool, which was clean but the water was very cold, but with gorgeous views over Zante town. We would definitely return."
