The space

Built in 2015 our 70 square meter villa is ideal for the traveler who desires a more laid-back, travel environment. Furnished with two outdoor hammocks, a fully equipped kitchen , breath-taking views from every window, our open concept home screams relaxation. Perfectly situated in a quiet location, our contemporary cottage offers two bedrooms , 1.5 baths, three patio spaces, and plenty of on site parking.
Our cottage has a very private lot which is 2.5 km from the traditional village of Spili, known for its clean air, flora and mountain scenery. If you desire a night on the town , we are 40 km from the unique port city of Rethymno . Rethymno has preserved its Venetian and Turkish appearance and boasts old world charm and history. The city also has modern attractions such as an inviting nightlife, wonderful restaurants, and close proximity to a long sandy beach.

Guest access

Guests will have use of the entire house and grounds.

Interaction with guests

During your stay there is a house keeper who will greet you and show you around the property. In the event of an emergency he will be the one to contact.

Other things to note

Please take into account that that house relies solely on solar power and sun heated hot water. We have no control of the weather, so in the event of cloudy days electricity and hot water may be limited. Having said this, this is one of the things that we love here.
