A perfect holiday house for families to share and enjoy the beautiful new addition of a swimming pool plus being set up for boaties is convenient offering enough room to park 2 large boats, provides an extra chest freezer plus bar fridge and only 5km drive to the 1770 boat ramp. The beach is an easy 500m stroll away. Presenting four spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning, WiFi and a spacious deck plus the amazing swimming pool. The main bedroom and living area are air-conditioned and provide free WiFi. Located in a quiet street in the heart of Agnes Water township backing onto natural bushland, it is an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes.

Features: 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 (maximum of 8 adults only).
• Air-conditioned main bedroom with queen bed, fans and ensuite.
• 2nd bedroom with queen bed, fans.
• 3rd bedroom with 2 king singles.
• 4th bedroom with 1 x tri bunk (double on bottom and single on the top) plus another set of bunk beds (2 singles).
There is also a kids trundle bed underneath a single bed if required
• All bed linen provided
• 2 x lounge rooms both with TV - main open plan area is air-conditioned plus free WiFi.
• Dining setting and fully self-contained kitchen with family size fridge and dishwasher.
• Main bathroom has a bath and shower, and there is a separate laundry with washer and dryer.
• Plenty of parking up the side and at front of the property for 2 x large boats. Parking is outdoors (garage shed not available to guests).
• Spacious deck area with alfresco setting and Weber Bbq, 2nd drink fridge and large chest freezer.
• Luxurious swimming pool
• All linen supplied, just bring you beach and pool towels.
• Pets are not permitted.

This property is non-smoking and an excellent venue for family holidays. Party type gatherings and youth group bookings not accepted.
