"Great place! It's a Guest House, but everything private. Self-check in with a code they will email. In my experience the person who gave maintenance told us that Expedia had not sent the information of the guest staying and they new they had a reservation, but didn't have our e-mail to send the code, so just in case after doing your reservation, call the place and let them know you made a reservation through Expedia so they can send you an e-mail with the self-check in information. The room we chose was #3, just in front of the mini pool, which was lovely. Housekeeping will only go into your room if solicited. They leave towels for the pool, a little cafe machine for self-preparing coffee in the mornings in the hallway. The location is 12 minutes near Rincon, if that's what you are insterested with out paying the overpriced price of Rincon. The view was breathtaking every morning, every day. This guest house room is super practical, if you want to get out and explore and have your own vehicle or rental. Angelo was very helpful. Budget-friendly and simple with wonderful views! I recommend! Also, there are nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner!!"
