Some Horrible food items. Especially for such a high end hotel. The Monte Cristo was made cheap and like a kids sandwich. The "grilled chicken" was hardly that. It was remicrowaved frozen chicken that barely looked grilled and was thin chewy peices. You could actually hear the food being chewed because it was so gummy. Otherwise... Great rooms. Good drinks. All the nice spa amenities are separate, surprise! Staff service was good. Who wants to spend a night at a nice place and not be able to eat the food tho?

Breakfast was good. Relatively the same thing for both days. Be careful reserving because even though you have a room with two beds, they will charge you extra for any guests.

Excelente lugar. Muy limpio, ella atención de todo el personal fue muy buena y todos muy atentos. El restaurante con comida deliciosa, cómodo y todos muy atentos. El desayuno incluido es básico, pero riquísimo. El servicio de Spa es muy bueno. Vale mucho la pena

Muy agradable en general. Los alimentos son de buena calidad. El ambiente y la decoración son bonitos. Lo que no me gustó fue que el sanitario estaba mal y hacía mucho ruido al llenar el tanque. Se quedaba tirando agua. El aire acondicionado gotea y no ponen algo para evitar que se moje el piso. Las camaristas se pasean desde muy temprano afuera de las habitaciones y hacen ruido con los carritos y si te quieres despertar tarde es imposible. Deberían darle prioridad al huésped o al menos recordarle a la llegada, sobre la opción de hacer uso del SPA. Porque no pudimos usarlo. Ya que estaba todo apartado por gente que va y que no son huéspedes del hotel. Pagas más por un hotel que cuenta con esa facilidad y no puedes disfrutarlo.

El hotel es muy bello. El servicio es inmejorable y se debe destacar la atención de la Srta. Monserrrat y el equipo de cocina. El mejor tiramisú (ni en los estrella Michelin se encuentra uno así) Muy agradecidos y bien impresionados con la atención de altísimo nivel.
