"This is a comfortable cabin in a wonderfully secluded location. It sits on a hillside amongst the pines, and guests are greeted every morning by birds singing, turkeys calling, and deer grazing. Kathy and Lyle are exceptional hosts. Whenever I had a question Kathy responded immediately, and she made me feel very welcome. We arrived on a hot day, and the air conditioning was on, and the cabin was comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The bed in the main bedroom upstairs was very comfortable. While my husband fished during the day I enjoyed walking with my dog, sitting on the deck, and reading. We had no trouble streaming a movie in the evening. Guests should know that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. The stairway is a bit steep, but it is equipped with excellent railing, and the hosts thoughtfully made sure there are nightlights throughout! Other guests have commented on the road to the property. Take your time, and you will have no trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and have already scheduled another one in a few weeks!"

"We had a recently updated 2-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, livingroom, bedroom and bathroom, and it was nice, comfortable and clean. Real mugs, glasses and plates in our kitchenette. Extra towels in the bathroom. A reliable old-time small elevator with a pull-across door gate that just fit the luggage cart and two adults. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay. Plenty of coffee, juice, milk and cereal. Eggs and link sausage. Muffins. We stayed 4 nights and it got a little tiresome. But plenty to eat. I would stay there again. Centrally located; easy to find."

"I think our only issue was when we got to the location, there was two cabins. We were not sure which one we were supposed to be in. We did figure it out and then the rest of our stay was great."

"This was a welcome alternative to where we usually stay (C’s.C.) for our Dworshak fishing trip. The unit was as described, clean, roomy, easy to find, and basic necessities provided. It was also nice that each bedroom had its own AC/heating unit (1 portable) so everyone was at their own comfort level. We came with a 4-door GMC Denali and 22’ boat and trailer. Couldn’t fit under the carport but had no issue with pulling up in the common road and backing straight in- plenty of space! The surrounding area was as pictured lots of wildlife present during our stay (turkeys, deer, rabbits) one fawn came around the back patio while we were eating just to hang out! We’d be happy to stay here again if available!"

"Accommodations met our specific needs. Great location. Plenty of kitchen, bed and bath supplies. Lodge is equipped with games, pool table, hot tub and the deck is sweet. Great river view and easy walk. Nancy is exceptionally easy to communicate with and replied quickly to my silly questions. Would recommend to family and friends. "
