"The hotel was under construction so it was hard to get in. We finally figured it out. Hotel was nice the staff was friendly. The rooms were decent they were not huge but they were clean. The AC was great ! Breakfast was great and served when we checked out. The food was delicious and the staff was great. "

"The property has pleasant gardens and great potential, but several operational areas need improvement. Issues included voltage problems, insufficient air conditioning, no properly installed in-room safe, and two occasions without electricity and water. Some staff members were kind, but the property needs stronger operational standards and better basic hospitality to match its potential."

"The check in was difficult entrance where you turn in was backed up blocking the street cars honking with no direction from the employee upfront . I had to park in the parking lot next door which they charge me . I then walk to check in and the guy upfront was rude making sure to let me know there is no Valet and the parking lot I parked in has no affiliation it was my fault for parking there . The room and hallway had a strange smell and bed was hard as the floor . Overall I would rate it a 2 not terrible or great but I would not come back . Pictures can and are deceiving . "

"Clean room, decent included breakfast, convenient shuttle from the airport, just keep in mind it's offered every hour at the hour and it's when it takes off from the hotel not the time you will get picked up, so consider an extra 10 to 15 minutes from the time you schedule it."
