"Since the floors of the hotel are situated on floors 26-30, most rooms have a great view. The theme is 19th century English I believe so it’s quite unique in that manner. I would opt for the breakfast buffet as it’s large and covers both western and Japanese cuisines."

"Great location! Free breakfast is actually not bad. Only had it once during my 3 day stay, but it helps to start your day. Room is small, which is normal for Japanese hotels. Beds are hard and stiff, so if it’s a dealbreaker for you, I recommend looking somewhere else. Lobby is always busy, as they bring tourists from China everyday by bus "

"Great location to USJ and train station across the street. Breakfast and room were excellent but by far the best thing about this place is their staff so respectful and so incredibly friendly I would def stay here again and recommend 100"

"Room size was standard for Japan, though I expected it to be bigger given the location. No bottled water provided, but there was a water pitcher and a refill station. Check-in and luggage storage were fully automated and very easy to use."
