Odd checkout process.

The hotel is new but service is odd. At the checkout- I was in the rush on my way to airport, the reception desk refused to return my security deposit - asking me to show a receipt from transaction (which I could not find). It was inconvenient. When you put a charge on the credit card- hotel should keep a copy for the record... Overall my room was clean and service team was friendly.

All inclusive hotel. They area is new one. Is nothing around, but they manage well, you dont need to go out of the hotel, only issues is about isnyou need to buy medicinal, but removing that is perfect place to be.

A newest hotel in the town, opened and quite popular in 2020 with high pricing tag. Now things calmed down, so booking is easier. An isolated place, 30 min drive to Aktau, 1 hour drive to the airport, add wait time, no taxis around. In longer term another hotel, villas, golf club, shopping mall etc. are planned to be opened around. Architecturally the hotel is well planned. The sea front is great for quiet walks and beautiful sunsets. Rooms are brand new with good housekeeping. It is all inclusive, i.e. free food and drinks all day around although nothing super-special, an amusement park, swimming pools etc. During low season, October-April, only indoor facilities are open - a swimming pool, gym etc. Out of outdoor facilities one swimming pool might be open during shoulder season (late autumn/early spring). Most of the customers are big, sometimes noisy, families with kids, so be prepared for up/downsides of a family hotel. Generally, it is difficult to reach the reception over phone so better to walk to them - at times too many people with too many demands so the staff might be super-busy, feel sorry for them. Regrettably, very little attention is paid to sanitary measures during the pandemic. Out of 300 guests I was literally the only one wearing a face mask. All, except 2 staff members, were not wearing masks neither. Overall, a very good hotel at a remote location with good facilities and rooms, good staff, a bit noisy families, and, above all, excellent sea front.
