Oferecem serviço no site e não tem.

As instalações são bem antigas. Não fazem testes no quarto para ver se está tudo funcionando bem antes do hóspede chegar. Ofereceram café da manhã, mas quando cheguei ao restaurante não tinham nada para oferecer. Pedi o menu e perguntei as opções, me mostraram e quando comecei a pedir, só iam respondendo que não tinham. Nesse caso é melhor não oferecer café da manhã. Reclamei e fui prontamente restituída do valor que paguei por dois dias de café da manhã.

Don’t expect the best view if you plan to sit outside, also dust in each corner, bathroom needs to be remodeled, cats outside the chalet Lol and they stick at the front door, don’t try their orange guice the worst ever, the price isn’t fair regarding to all of this bad service and conditions

facilities needs improvemets.

When I arrived I was surprised that I have to pay AED 30 when I have paid 100% for complete stay. the receptionist didn't inform us about their facilities until I highlighted this and even didn't give us complete info and it was very short. The food at glass house Restaurant was very less verity & Quantity which doesn't worth for AED 75/per pax. and it was too noisy with loud music where people come from city to relax not for dancing. even the restaurant don't have facility to allow our baby trolley to walk through and we forced me & my wife to carry our trolley through high stairs to enter the restaurant.! outside balcony wasn't clean at all for us to set outside. TV channels wasn't installed to latest update change with new frequency i.e. MBC channels group wasn't found. Receiver remote control was broken and battery cover is missing then all the time you have to hold the remote in both hands to change channels. We have asked for crib/extra bed for my child then they refused when clearly says free of cost. the mini fridge was TOO Small and not cooling properly even couldn't fit 3 bottle of water & 1 bottle of juice, the whole stay we forced to drink room temperature water.

Rustig hotel met prima tuinbar

Het hotel is ietwat verouderd, en kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Zo liep de afvoer in de badkamer over toen het bad leegliep. Badkamer was erg ruim, al kan dat komen omdat we een upgrade kregen naar een suite. Slechts 2 handdoeken, maar verder genoeg opbergruimte. TV's werkten prima, evenals de wifi. Het hotel ligt redelijk ver van Al Ain (klein half uurtje met de auto), maar is zeker de moeite van de rit waard. Mooie uitzichten op de bergen, en een prima tuinbar en Koreaans restaurant. Overige faciliteiten (gym, zwembad) niet gebruikt.

敷地内でプール、ジムだけでなく、バギー、乗馬、テニス、卓球、ビリヤードなどができたり、博物館、キャンプ場、人工池、子供遊具広場、モスク、サウナetc、とにかく広くて豪華…だった筈ですが今では全てが寂れている感があります。 部屋は小綺麗でお湯の勢いは◎。

I booked 2 night in this hotel. But I made the check out after one night only. I couldn’t stay more, no clean, no service, no night activities, nothing. I ran away without redeem the 2nd night value.
