"Good view rooms and huge hotel with alot of restaurants, reception staff and room service are not friendly, most of transactions should be done in cash"

"We booked delux double room. We booked two. One was perfect was was smaller than a single room. With a wall glass see through with a curtain. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. Hotel never answered. I asked for a refund as the room is not just below expectations is not worth . But no help or apology was provided by the hotel. So we just lost money on a room that we felt unsafe and not what we paid for. Extremely disappointed "
